How it works

  1. Add who practices, their instrument, the daily goal and the lesson day.
  2. Start the timer when practice begins; tick what was worked on; finish when done.
  3. Share the household code with the family, and connect the teacher's studio code if they use Shedtime.

Is Shedtime really free?

Yes, for families and teachers, with every feature. The app shows ads, which is how it pays for itself. Full-screen ads never appear while the practice timer runs.

What does the teacher see?

For each connected student: minutes and days this week, the last four weeks by day, the streak, how often each list item came up and whether a parent signed the week. Notes and who logged what stay with the family.

Can adult learners use it?

Of course. Set it up for yourself, and connect your teacher if you have one.
