Delete your Shedtime data

You can delete your data yourself in the app, at any time.

  1. Open Shedtime and go to More.
  2. Tap Delete my data and confirm.

This removes you from the household and deletes your sign-in and the settings on your phone. If you are the only person left in the household, the practice log — every student, session and sign-off — is deleted too, and any teacher's studio stops seeing it. If others are still in the household, the shared log stays with them, without your name. If you run a studio, the studio is closed and every student disconnected.

If you no longer have the app, write to [email protected] with your household or studio code (in More) and we will delete your data within 30 days.
